Brayt Heavy Cut polish compound 250g

Brayt Heavy Cut is an extremely powerful heavy-cut polishing compound developed to remove deep scratches, P1000–P1500 sanding marks, paint defects, and oxidation quickly and in a controlled manner. It is an excellent choice for automotive paint correction when strong cutting performance is required before the finishing stage.

An Effective Solution for Paint Correction

Brayt Heavy Cut delivers strong cutting performance while leaving the surface smooth and easy to refine. The product is suitable for use with both rotary and dual action polishers and works on most paint systems, including clear coats and HS paints.

Additional Information / Application

On hard and scratch-resistant clear coats, it is recommended to use a lambswool pad or a hard polishing pad.

Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the polishing pad or directly onto the surface to be treated.
When using a new polishing pad, it is recommended to apply the compound to the pad first and pre-polish the surface.

Polish at a speed range of 1200–1600 rpm using light to medium pressure.
Continue polishing until all scratches have been removed.

Remove any polishing residue with a microfiber cloth.
When polishing large surfaces, it is recommended to work in smaller sections at a time.

To achieve a higher gloss level, use Perfect Finish polishing compound as the second polishing step.
