Mipa CC9 Lacquer package 2L

MIPA AG's CC9 Acrylic clear varnish: New-age quality, varnish below VOC emission limits. Suitable for patching and repainting the vehicle. High-gloss, excellent leveling, for water-soluble and solvent-thinned paints. Offers excellent protection against mechanical and chemical stress.

The package contains 2L varnish, 1L hardener and 0.25L thinner.

Instructions:

• Mixing ratio: overcoating 2:1 with Mipa 2K-HS 25 hardener. Spot painting; 2:1 with Mipa 2K HS 10 hardener. Thinning 0-5%
• Coverage: 10-12 m2/litre
• Spraying: HVLP 2.5-3 bar pressure, nozzle 1.3 - 1.4 mm, Spraying times 1.5 (gauze + full hand). SIDE AIR 3-5 bar pressure, nozzle 1.3-1.5 mm, Spray times 1.5 (gauze + full hand)
• Use time of the mixture: 2.5 h with HS 25 hardener and 1 h with HS 10 hardener (+20c degrees)
• Evaporation time: 1-3 min between spraying times. 10-15 min before IR/oven drying
• Drying times: dust dry 25-35 min, contact dry 1-1.5 h and processing dry 24 h (+20c degrees). Touch dry 15 min at +60c degrees
• Dry film thickness: 50 - 60 my
• Pour the varnish through the color filter!
