Description: Cause:

  1. Poor pigment distribution: insufficient mixing of different paint colors, incorrect viscosity.

  2. Uneven spray layer thickness: in thickly sprayed areas, pigments convect and cause color floating.

  3. Poor spraying technique: incorrect overlap, spraying too close to the surface, or an incorrect angle between the spray gun and the surface (most common cause).

  4. Dirty spraying tools.

  5. Incorrect nozzle or spraying pressure.

  • Allow the painted surface to dry properly, sand, and respray.
