Uneven Color, Color Variation
The painted surface shows irregularities, such as streaks or patches with lighter or darker shades.

Description: Cause:
-
Poor pigment distribution: insufficient mixing of different paint colors, incorrect viscosity.
-
Uneven spray layer thickness: in thickly sprayed areas, pigments convect and cause color floating.
-
Poor spraying technique: incorrect overlap, spraying too close to the surface, or an incorrect angle between the spray gun and the surface (most common cause).
-
Dirty spraying tools.
-
Incorrect nozzle or spraying pressure.
Correction:
-
Allow the painted surface to dry properly, sand, and respray.
